#AD This is a sponsored post. Lola may only be 3 but already i’m starting to think of activities for over the summer holidays once she starts school. I know I have so many fond memories of when I was growing up and going to play schemes during the summer holidays. We met and made so many friends as well as being able to do lots of activities! Since discovering Barracudas Activity Day Camps it is certainly something I’m looking into Lola attending for a couple of sessions once she is old enough
Barracudas
Barracudas Activity Day Camps are a company that run in over 46 locations across the South East of England. Camps run for children ages 4 1/2 up to 14. They run over the Easter and Summer holidays as well in select locations during half term as well. Day camps run from 8.30am until 5.30pm with the opportunity to also pay extra for early drop off and late collection extending the hours to 8am until 6pm.
Activities
There are over 80 activities that children can part in whilst attending the day camps. Each day is different so for children who attend every day it does not get boring! Activities vary from swimming, go karting to taking part in other team sports in the mini Olympics. For a minimum of 2 of the sessions each day the children can decide which activity they would prefer to take part in.
Friday’s are theme day so children can dress up as part of that theme and then activities on that day are based on the theme. Previous themes include pirates, space, farms and earth elements.

Age groups
As there is such a huge age range all the children are kept in age appropriate groups. The age groups are 4 1/2-6, 7-10 and 11-14. There is also a fantastic opportunity for those that are 13-14 to take part in a BX+ course. The BX+ course is for those that would love to join part of the Barracudas team in the future. They shadow members of staff at points through the day learning what to do and how to help with the younger children.
Payment
There are 3 different options for payment; debit/credit card, childcare vouchers and tax free childcare online. It is also possible to pay in installments so that you can spread the cost after booking.
Prices vary and there are numerous special offers available including sibling discounts. The best place to check for the most up to date availability, pricing and discounts on here.
